This is a Superb Choice Early 1-Piece Engineer's button. This is close to about the first of Engineer buttons ever made. This button is extremely hard to come by in any condition. Has 99% brillant bright Gold Plating left. The backmark is the well recognised maker of this period, "Lewis & Tomes-Extra Rich ". Premium Quality.

Dug Ga. button. Rare Conf. local made button. No pushes, dents, cracks, or whatever. Nice stand-up brass shank. Beautiful slick brown Patina with great detail for a local made Ga. button. Super nice.

Dug Confederate Script "I" button. Button is much nicer than mt poor scan will show. Deep dark brown Patina. "Issacs/Campbell/ London" backmark. Backmark is a little weak, but visable. Shank is there, but pushed over. No dents or pushes on front. A very nice Script "I". Found near the Battlefields of Cold Harbor, Va.

Dug Cuff Rhode Island button. Nice pretty dug cuff Rhode Island cuff button. No pushes on the face whatsoever, and no rim cracks or damage. Straight perfect shank. I can not see any evidence of a backmark. It was most likely just plain which many were. Has Super bright Gold remaing that really makes it stand out. At least 90% plus more. This button is very strong and pretty. Caution: You may need Sun Glases to look at this button to avoid "Retina" eye damage. Just Kidding. But it is Nice!!

Dug Confederate E. M. Lewis style Artillery Button. This is the E.M. Lewis style "A" button, but it has a plain somewhat puffy back. Some were marked and some were not. Has very strong metal, no corrosion or "redness" as is often seen in this button. A very, very minor push to face at bottom center of the "A".Strong shank bent at about 45 degrees angle. Deep Choc. brown Patina. Found: Yorktown, Va.
